Privacy policy

Last updated: 2026-05-22

This page describes the personal data Ward³ collects through this marketing website (ward3.ai), the purposes of that processing, and the rights you can exercise. It does not cover data processed inside the Ward³ platform itself when deployed on a customer's infrastructure.

What we collect

When you submit the "Request access" form, we collect: your name, work email, optionally your company name, role and organization size, your free-text description of the use case, and the timestamp of the request. We also log the IP address of the request and the user-agent for security and abuse-prevention purposes. We do not use third-party trackers or advertising cookies on this site.

Why we collect it

We process this data on the basis of your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) to respond to your inquiry, send you a tailored briefing or demo invitation, and keep an internal record of the request. We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not use it for marketing other products.

Where it lives and for how long

Submitted requests are stored on infrastructure operated by Ward³ for as long as is necessary to respond to the inquiry and for up to 24 months for audit purposes, after which the entry is deleted or anonymized. Access is restricted to Ward³ team members with a legitimate business need.

Cookies

The Ward³ marketing site does not set non-essential cookies. The site uses no analytics scripts, no advertising pixels and no third-party trackers. Some browser-managed state (preferred language) may be persisted client-side only.

Subprocessors

We use industry-standard infrastructure providers for hosting and email delivery. A full list of subprocessors is available on request.

Your rights

Under GDPR you can request access, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, or portability of your personal data, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@ward3.ai. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (in France, the CNIL).
